- Managing multiple projects with precision while adhering to tight deadlines.
- Applying principles of materials science and Color Measurement Technology to develop innovative solutions.
- Designing and conducting experiments to address complex engineering challenges.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of your findings and procedures.
- Utilizing your computer skills (particularly in Excel, MS Word, and Photoshop) to improve our workflows; familiarity with Color Measurement and Communication software is a plus.
- Performing essential laboratory techniques with meticulous attention to detail in bench-top procedures.
- Strong lab etiquette and a foundational knowledge of chemical engineering (experience with color customization is ideal but not mandatory).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for experimental work.
- Extraordinary attention to detail for thorough record-keeping and documentation.
- Efficiency in multi-tasking and managing time-sensitive projects.
- Normal color vision and proficiency in key computer applications.
- A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Materials Science, Historic Preservation, or a related field.
- Experience with Color Measurement and Communication software is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
