      The Chemistry & Immunoassay Marketing Manager, HGM for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for managing and executing product strategies within HGM. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product success and achieve business objectives.

      This position is part of the HGM marketing located in HGM and will be fully remote. At Beckman Coulter, our mission is to Relentlessly Reimagine Healthcare, One Diagnosis at a Time.

      You will be a part of the HGM marketing and report to the Chem /IA /BB Leader HGM. responsible for leading product marketing in HGM at Beckman Coulter.       In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

      • Representing the CC-IA HGM Voice in front of Business Unit and Global Product Marketing meetings, by providing HGM projections, priorities, headwinds and needs;
      • Improving Clinical Chemistry and Immunoassay portfolio optimization with Product Life Cycle Management by specific panels strategies including trainings, positioning, pricing, hunting ground, competitive intel analysis;
      • Growing margin and revenue through value creation, commercial support and structured pricing for sustainable growth, as well as identifying and implement product expansion;
      • Improving customer satisfaction for product delivery and availability, plus managing a dynamic supply and demand balance with Operations to grow market share and improve customer satisfaction, including supporting LSH management by key accounts prioritization when applicable;
      • Launching new products launches through LEX process and post-launch sustainability in the HGM region by actively engaging with customers on VoC and using customer insights to improve commercial projections accuracy both in the short and long terms;
      • Leading growth by applying DBS tools in daily management and problem solving and becoming an expert on Kaizens while be grounded with Gemba;
      • Interacting with the local in-country and regional Marketeers, as well as Country Sales leaders, for cluster marketing strategy developments and implementations in the CC-IA product lines, plus Scientific Marketing activities such as regional studies supporting specific HGM claims, clinical round-tables, Though Leaders engagement and Reference Sites development.

      The essential requirements of the job include:

      • Bachelor’s degree in technical field (medical technology (preferred), life science, or engineering) with 7+ years exp. OR Master’s degree in field with 5+ years exp.
      • MBA preferred.
      • Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical diagnostics (preferred), life science or medical device sales or commercial marketing.
      • Multiple years’ experience in product strategy, product management or product marketing within a life science or scientific software organization.

      Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

      • Up to 25% travel may be required, depending on project needs;
      • Travel may include overnight stays for client meetings, conferences, or on-site collaboration;
      • Must possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, travel to client sites or off-site meetings may be required.

      It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

      • Able to work under tight timeline and with global time zones.
      • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
      • Strong written and oral communication skills for direct communication with customers, co-workers, and partners at all levels, all functions, and all regions of the organization.
