      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Teach two sections of undergraduate students in General Chemistry courses, including lab and discussion classes
      - Attend whole-class and staff meetings to collaborate with faculty and staff
      - Staff a Help Desk to assist students with course material
      - Proctor exams and grade assignments for your sections
      - Participate in required training prior to the start of the semester

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a graduate student with a bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field
      - A minimum of two years of college chemistry coursework is required
      - Non-native English speakers must have a satisfactory score on the SPEAK test or meet exemption criteria
      - Strong communication and time management skills are essential
      - Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds
