Responsibilities• Verify providers profile in various systems for duplication and inconsistent information
• Data enter accurate provider information into provider systems (provider applications, correspondence, claims, spreadsheets, call tracking issues) as well as identify discrepancies that prevent data from being entered
• Provider systems includes: QNXT Medical, Trinity ll (Cactus), DMS Applications
• Verify provider participation using on demand reports prior to updating provider file.
• Provide clerical support including but not limited to filing, copying, faxing, collating, mailing and scanning, inclusive of uploading scanned images.
• Execute provider verifications of license, specialty, and NPI on various web-based agencies
• Respond to inquiries internal and external (telephonic or through other methods of communication regarding missing/previously requested provider documents
• Assist with troubleshooting provider inquiries.
• Must meet reasonable expectations for productivity and quality.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications• High School Diploma or GED required; some college or degree;
• Minimum two (2) years clerical experience in a general office environment required
• Excellent keyboarding skills required
• Good clerical, organizational, and filling skills a must
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel a plus
• Knowledge of Provider databases (i.e. QNXT Medical, Trinity II or Window-based provider databases) a plus
• Good communication skills both oral and written
• Ability to work quickly and accurately while following through on assignments
• Demonstrate proficient navigation skills of web-based applications
• Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and handle multiple tasks a must
• Must meet performance standards including attendance and punctuality
