      About our Internship Program:

      The Summer Internship Program is a unique and challenging 10-week experience for diverse, talented, high-performing individuals interested in different aspects of the financial and technology industry. Contingent upon business needs, performance and completion of degree, our internship serves as a pipeline to our full-time early-career program EDGE.

      The impact you will have in this role:

      Sales & Solution Delivery (SSD) is focused on providing a consistent Client Experience across all business lines and geographies, enabling enhanced Client Satisfaction, Revenue Growth, and Business Line Success. The SSD function includes Sales, Relationship Management, Integration, Marketing & Communications, Sales Planning & Execution, and SSD Operations.

      The SSD Operations Intern will assist the SSD Operations Analyst in supporting the broader organization by providing consistent reporting and identifying and implementing efficiencies through automation while stewarding data quality initiatives as part of ongoing client and activity data management projects.

      *NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. *

      Qualifications:

      • Candidates must be working towards a bachelor’s degree in the following curriculums: Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS or Business & Technology Management, Marketing, or another related field
      • Candidates must have authorization to work permanently in the US without the need for sponsorship (now or in the future)
      • Candidates must have minimum of a 3.2 GPA upon graduation

      Talents Needed for Success:

      • Must demonstrate superior analytical and communication skills
      • Strong interest in the financial services industry, with previous internship experience a plus
      • Detail oriented and organized
      • Strong decision making and problem-solving capabilities
      • Salesforce.com experience a plus

      The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
