Oversee all aspects of engineering operations including preventative maintenance, repairs, life safety systems, utilities, and equipment in compliance with corporate and franchise standards.

Lead and mentor the Engineering team, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Troubleshoot and repair hotel systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment.

Maintain the property’s physical assets, including FF&E, grounds, and swimming pool.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national safety and building regulations.

5+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel setting.

3+ years in a supervisory role, with proven leadership and team development skills.

Strong working knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and building operations.

Ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
Experience
Required 5 years
Must have at least 5 years experience in a maintenance role (preferable in a hotel setting) and have at least 3 years experience in a supervisory role
