      Your Impact

      As Chief Engineer, you will shape the technical vision and engineering standards behind our next-generation Customer Data platforms- a foundational capability that enables intelligent, real-time, and personalised experiences for millions of customers. You’ll lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud-based data and AI platforms.

      What You’ll Do

      • Architect and evolve a modern, cloud-native data platform that supports real-time data streaming, advanced analytics, and AI-driven personalisation.

      • Drive engineering excellence across the platform, embedding best practices in software development, CI/CD, observability, and secure-by-design principles.

      • Lead the development of reusable platform capabilities that accelerate delivery for our engineers and product teams.

      • Collaborate across domains to ensure the platform supports customer intelligence, financial crime detection, and enterprise-wide decisioning.

      • Mentor and inspire engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, technical mastery, and continuous improvement.

      What You Bring

      • Deep expertise in software engineering and platform architecture, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale, cloud-native data platforms.

      • Proven leadership in building and scaling CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and secure deployment practices.

      • Experience designing systems that support real-time data ingestion, transformation, and activation across diverse use cases.

      • A strategic mindset with the ability to influence technical direction, modernise legacy systems, and drive platform adoption across teams.

      • Strong communication and mentoring skills, with a passion for growing diverse, high-performing engineering communities.
