Greylock FCU is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee finance and accounting operations. The CFO will direct all accounting and finance-related activities for the credit union and manage the accounting and support staff. Guided by the strategic plan and regulatory requirements, and in partnership with the executive team and direct reports, this key leader will administer the credit union investment portfolio, asset/liability management system, and accounting information system. The CFO will ensure compliance with regulations and legal requirements for the reporting and management of all financial activities for the credit union. The CFO will be responsible for the preparation of the annual budget, financial reports, call reports, and other miscellaneous reports to executive management. This position requires leadership skills, the ability to facilitate long-term growth goals, contribute to strategic planning, and demonstrated ability to execute. The CFO will collaborate with the rest of the executive leadership team, staff at all levels, and the Board of Directors. Excellent communication skills, technical skills, and strategic vision are highly desirable.

If this sounds like your next career step, submit your resume or link to your LinkedIn profile that shows 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in financial institution accounting and financial management, including extensive supervisory experience. Solid knowledge of investment management, risk management, and Allowance for Credit Loss methodologies is required. Candidates should also have extensive experience working with regulatory agencies and external audit firms.
Qualified applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. An MBA and/or CPA is preferred.
The salary range for this role is $245,000.00 to $275,000.00. This is the salary range we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may pay more than the posted range for exceptionally qualified individuals. An employee’s pay position within the pay band will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience (job and life), skills (specific and transferable), seniority, performance, and business organizational needs. This range may also be modified in the future.
