- Develop and execute the firm’s long-term strategic plan, including market positioning, service offerings, and business development initiatives.
- Oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and resource allocation. Ensure the firm's financial health and profitability.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, expand client relationships, and build strategic partnerships.
- Participate in business development efforts, including the preparation and delivery of educational or training presentations.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture in order to recruit, develop, and retain top talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging forensic accounting techniques.
- Identify and mitigate risks to the firm, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance the firm's overall performance.
- Oversee the quantification of insurance claims and litigation support matters on behalf of insurers, loss adjusters, attorneys, etc.
- Represent Ampcus at business and community functions to maintain existing client relationships and develop new ones.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
