What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and execute the direct-to-consumer end-to-end marketing strategy for Prudential Stages
- Lead full funnel marketing efforts across various channels to drive profitable customer acquisition
- Develop and manage the marketing learning agenda and key performance indicators for business optimization
- Lead the direct-to-consumer agile marketing team, fostering innovation and data-driven decision making
- Collaborate with enterprise marketing capabilities to drive increased retail engagement
- Support the sales team in driving customer conversion with financial advisors
- Manage outside agency and marketing vendor partnerships and execution
- Oversee the Prudential Stages Marketing budget with a focus on driving profitable growth
- Report directly to the head of Prudential's Direct to Consumer Business
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years of marketing experience, focusing on consumer-facing digital experiences
- Deep experience in multiple lead generation channels
- Dynamic leader with a track record of inspiring teams and achieving performance goals
- Experience in campaign strategy and execution
- Strong strategic thinking and communication skills
- Highly data-driven with a strong analytics background
- Preferred experience with start-up companies and leading agile teams
- Experience managing lead generation vendors and marketing agencies
- Ability to collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams
