      Veritas Press seeks a Chief Marketing Officer who will lead our marketing activities. We are the largest and one of the oldest providers of classical Christian education for K–12, offering curriculum for home use, self-paced online courses, and live instruction through our online school. Our mission is to restore culture to Christ one heart and mind at a time.

      Our ideal candidate deeply understands and appreciates the benefits of a classical education, particularly one taught through a reformed Christian worldview. He or she has experience marketing products (our curricula) and services (our online courses) at the same time, is fluent in the latest digital marketing techniques and the data analysis critical to assessing their effectiveness and has worked on a small agile team where he or she may do some of the work, not just oversee it. This role is based in Lancaster, PA but may be hybrid/remote for the right candidate.

      Responsibilities include:

      1. Drive Strategic Marketing Initiatives: Work on the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies—including digital campaigns, content planning, community development, and event marketing—to increase brand visibility and drive sales growth.
      2. Leverage Data Science Insights: Use data science and analytics to interpret market trends, track KPIs, and optimize sales, lead generation, customer engagement, and campaign performance.
      3. Consistent Digital Presence & Brand Messaging: Ensure consistent and engaging messaging across all platforms by collaborating on content calendars, social media, and promotional efforts.
      4. Sales & Marketing Alignment: Translate business objectives into integrated sales and marketing plans that support organizational growth to realize budgeted amounts, improve customer experience, and enhance lifetime value.

      Qualification Requirements:

      1. A bachelor's degree (Higher level degree or certification is desirable)
      2. 5 plus years experience in an executive level marketing and sales position (in the field of education or publishing is desirable)
      3. Conversant with and supportive of the reformed faith and classical Christian education according to the VSA statement of Faith and Philosophy
