- Oversees, coordinates, and directly manages the execution of key administrative functions for the CEO and CFO, including proactive calendar management, complex travel planning, expense oversight, and preparation of briefing materials to ensure seamless business operations.
- Manages the Executive Assistant staff coordinating key administrative functions for the remainer of the Chief Leadership TEAM, ensuring consistency of communication and schedules.
- Coordinates the CEO’s schedule across direct reports, senior executive leadership, and global management, ensuring seamless planning and preparation for 1:1s, skip-level meetings, and other key engagements.
- Serves as a trusted communications advisor by building and maintaining strong, strategic channels between the CEO and key internal and external stakeholders, including employees, business units, Board members, and external partners.
- Manages and maintains the CEO’s email and correspondence, ensuring time and priorities are aligned with critical business goals, cross-functional demands, and long-term objectives.
- Reviews and crafts executive communications and presentations (i.e., weekly Chief Leadership TEAM meeting agenda, monthly regional business meetings, quarterly All Employee meetings, etc.) to ensure consistency, alignment with company strategy and values, and impact across various audiences and stakeholders.
- Coordinates high-level meeting planning and execution—such as Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors meetings—ensuring operational efficiency, confidentiality, and strategic documentation of key takeaways and follow-ups.
- Conducts issue and opportunity assessments on behalf of the CEO by researching and prioritizing on sensitive matters
- Coordinates and facilitates strategic executive meetings and off-site leadership and training events, (i.e., Chief Leadership TEAM Offsite, Global Sales Kickoff, etc.) including agenda design, materials preparation, logistics
- 10+ years of progressive experience supporting senior executives, including 5+ years directly partnering with C-level leadership in high-growth, global environments.
- Experience managing a TEAM, such as Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistants, and/or Office Coordinators.
- Proven ability to drive executive effectiveness through expert prioritization, delegation, and organizational systems that align with strategic business goals.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to draft, refine, and deliver high-impact written and verbal communications across all levels of the organization.
- Operates with the highest degree of professionalism, emotional intelligence, discretion, and sound judgment in all interactions and decision-making.
- Technologically adept with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, organizational charting tools, Concur, and other enterprise systems to support operational efficiency.
- Manages the CEO and CFO’s calendar, email, and information flow with precision, ensuring alignment to business-critical initiatives and leadership priorities.
- Applies strong business acumen and analytical thinking to anticipate challenges, solve problems, and support informed, executive-level decision-making.
- Demonstrates a proactive, self-directed approach to managing priorities and consistently delivering against high expectations and tight deadlines.
- Builds and maintains strong cross-functional and external relationships to support organizational collaboration, executive visibility, and strategic partnerships.
- Acts as a change agent on behalf of the CEO—challenging the status quo, advocating for innovation, and influencing stakeholders in support of strategic transformation.
- Sets and drives professional goals in alignment with CEO and enterprise needs, ensuring work is executed with a focus on quality, impact, and measurable outcomes.
- Effectively filters, synthesizes, and communicates critical information for executive review, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timeliness across a range of complex scenarios.

This individual will bring a strong background in executive support, project coordination and management, and executive-level communications, ensuring key initiatives are delivered with precision and clarity. With a strategic mindset and operational discipline, the Chief of Staff and Senior Executive Assistant will oversee and/or support critical projects, manage cross-functional priorities, and serve as a key liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders. This role will also lead the global Executive Assistant function and directly manage a high-performing TEAM. Reporting to the CEO, the Chief of Staff and Senior Executive Assistant will work closely with the Chief Leadership TEAM and Board of Directors to ensure seamless coordination and impactful communication at every level.
Please Note: This job is located in Atlanta, GA and requires being in person 4+ days/week.
