      The Business Project Senior Advisor, Chief of Staff, role will be responsible for managing large sized, multi-functional projects to delivery. The position will report to the Managing Director of U.S. Employer Service Operations and support the Medical, Dental, Digital, CGHB, and Supplemental Health Solutions lines of business.

      Responsibilities include oversight for driving scope, schedule, and resources to deliver the required capabilities on time, while appropriately ensuring the business is ready and risks are mitigated. This individual must demonstrate strong project management behaviors, such as: management of key stakeholders, collaboration with business partners, and the ability to monitor progress against goals, timely escalation and mitigation of barriers to success.

      Responsibilities

      • Work within a highly matrixed team, establish complex plans and drive plan execution to successful implementation and completion.
      • Maintains robust tracking and reporting of active projects and initiatives.
      • Consults on project planning and management of high-risk, high-impact projects.
      • Ensures integrity of original business case is maintained and any adjustments are communicated and understood by all key stakeholders.
      • Engages appropriate matrix partners throughout the project lifecycle.
      • Works with matrix partners to ensure appropriate readiness activities are in place.
      • Identifies risks and vulnerabilities, and creates contingency plans.
      • Partners and leads programs across a broad spectrum of Business Verticals.
      • Direct a broad range of functions in support of policy/process improvement activities in a matrix environment.
      • Ensures projects/intake requests are integrated with other business and related projects.
      • Ensures projects/intake requests are completed within committed time and considers budget impacts.
      • Manages regular status reporting to key leaders on program delivery status.
      • Able to identify key stakeholders and gather needs.
      • Large – impacting multiple business units or an operational unit.
      • High - Development of new capabilities or product with organizational impact.
      • Continually improves skills and competencies by proactively participating in training opportunities and stretch assignments.

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred, High School Diploma required.
      • 5 + years of program/project management
      • 5 + years working in a large, complex operational environment
      • Demonstrated effectiveness operating in a highly matrixed organization.
      • Excellent communication (oral and written), facilitation and presentation skills
      • Demonstrated proficiency using MS Office software
      • Ability to work in a fast pace environment, multitask
      • Proven track record of delivering results and monitoring deliverables
      • Ability to analyze and interpret financial and performance data


      If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

      For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 106,100 - 176,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

      This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
