Chief of Staff, EMEA

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief of Staff to support the CEO of EMEA for DEPT® . This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
JOB PURPOSE
As the Chief of Staff, EMEA, you will work closely with the CEO to drive organizational effectiveness and efficiency. You will serve as a trusted advisor, acting as a sounding board or brainstorming partner, providing insights and recommendations on critical business matters, and ensuring that decisions and initiatives are implemented in a timely manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Support: Provide strategic support to the CEO by conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing reports and presentations. Assist in the ideation, development, and implementation of strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Executive Support: Partner with the executive assistant to manage the CEO’s schedule, coordinate meetings, and prioritize how they use their time. Act as a liaison between the executive team and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Project Management: Oversee special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes. Coordinate cross-functional teams, set project goals, and monitor progress to ensure objectives are met.
Communication and Coordination: Facilitate communication and coordination across departments, ensuring that information flows smoothly and that goals and objectives are aligned. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the executive team as needed.
Operational Efficiency: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. Monitor key performance indicators and implement measures to drive continuous improvement.
Decision Support: Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team on critical business matters. Conduct research, analyze data, and present findings to support informed decision-making.
Leadership and Team Development: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, promoting professional growth and development.
