      Join us in this role where you’ll be a strategic partner to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), proactively shaping the Commercial function's future. You’ll report into our Head of Strategy, Innovation & Digital, and will report to the CCO. You'll be a problem-solver, an information hub, and a trusted advisor, ensuring the Commercial team operates with maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

      You’ll be closely connected to the COO and the Commercial Senior Leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.

      You’ll play an important role in:

      • establishing and optimising processes and systems to enable oversight of key commercial projects, managing timelines, resources, and budgets, and mitigating risks proactively
      • fostering strong communication channels across the Commercial function and other departments, facilitating seamless collaboration and information flow
      • ensuring readiness for high-level meetings, by working with colleagues to ensure sufficient preparation of strategic topics
      • gathering and analysing relevant data to inform strategic decision-making and providing insights to the Head of Commercial
      • building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, incl. with the Chiefs of Staff to other executives
      • providing efficient and confidential administrative support to the Head of Commercial, managing their calendar, travel arrangements, and other tasks.

      To succeed in the role, you:

      • have proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced and dynamic environment, ideally within the renewable energy sector
      • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and creatively
      • demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
      • have exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
      • demonstrate a proactive and result-oriented mindset, with a strong work ethic and a passion for driving success
      • can make sense of complex, high-quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
