      Position Summary:

      The Chief of Staff is a strategic and execution-oriented leader who partners directly with the CEO and executive team to accelerate performance, drive integration across the enterprise, and ensure strategic alignment across all functions. This role is central to scaling operations, supporting enterprise initiatives, change management and enabling fast decision-making in a rapidly evolving healthcare environment.

      Job Description:

      Strategic Planning & Execution

      • Lead the cadence of strategic planning for the organization.

      • Ensure cross-functional alignment on key private equity-driven initiatives, including value creation plans (VCPs) and exit preparation milestones in partnership with Private Equity sponsor and Finance

      • Partner with SVP, FP&A (or Finance) to lead defining enterprise pri orities, senior leadership goals, and linkage to financial & operational plans

      • Partner with CEO & Executive Leadership Team to achieve enterprise fiscal year and long-term goals . CEO & Executive Leadership Team Support

      • Act as a strategic partner and extension of the CEO—preparing materials, synthesizing information, leading communications and enabling decision-making.

      • Lead preparation for E xecutive Leadership (C- suite) meeting cadences, including agenda and material preparation.

      • Partner with the Senior Leadership Advisory team to set and lead S enior L eadership (top 40 leaders) meetings .

      • Partner with SVP, FPA to develop B oard co mmunication and documents.

      Operational Efficiency & Problem Solving

      • Serve as an enterprise project manager for key initiatives and special projects across departments as identified by the CEO including large cross-functional value creation initiatives and underperforming KPIs. Partner with SVP, FPA to rollout and enable the Portfolio Management Office including investment approval process, identifying opportunities for project management suppor t, and cross- functional dependency mapping.

      • Plug into and engage in key Enterprise Initiatives to create additional capacity for department and / or field leaders

      Internal Alignment & Communication

      • Partner with marketing, operations, the people team, ELT, and other key stakeho lders to refine and iterate the internal communications process es and messages to drive Teammate Engagement and Change Management

      • Partner with L&D and the People team to incorporate key enterprise trainings , development opportunities, and cultural focus areas into both internal and external content and messaging

      • Foster an environment of communication that is authentic to each leader and engages teammates through a clinical and purpose driven focus and vulnerability

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree required ; MBA, MHA, or advanced business/healthcare degree preferred.

      • 7–10+ years of experience in healthcare operations, management consulting, private equity, or healthcare M&A.

      • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, growth-oriented, and ambiguous environments.

      • Strong financial and operational acumen—comfortable with P&L, KPIs, and value creation tracking.

      • Exceptional organizational and communication skills with a bias toward execution and accountability.

      • Experience working with or in private equity-backed companies strongly preferred.
