      This is a hybrid role being onsite in Maple Plain, MN on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

      The Chief of Staff to the CEO will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO in strategic and operational matters. This senior-level position requires adept project management, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. You will act as a thought partner to the CEO and ELT (Executive Leadership Team), ensuring the effective prioritization and execution of initiatives, and coordinating strategic efforts across the company.

      You will be responsible for:

      • Strategic Partnership: Act as a thought partner to the CEO, driving the execution of key strategic initiatives. Work closely with various stakeholders, including senior leaders, to support decision-making processes.
      • Change Leadership: Ensure execution of the CEO’s change agenda for the organization.
      • Operational Oversight: Oversee executive meetings, help CEO prepare for Board meetings, and other CEO presentations. Manage critical meeting agendas, track outcomes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
      • Project Execution: Lead and manage special projects as defined by the CEO, ensuring they align with company priorities and are executed proficiently.
      • Communication Management: Enhance communication across all levels of the company. Ensure strategic initiatives are communicated effectively throughout the organization.
      • Data Analysis and Reporting: Research, collect data, and report findings to the CEO. Provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and operational improvements. Work with finance to provide budget information and analytics associated with strategic initiatives.
      • Employee Experience: Work with HR to manage workforce planning, organization structure management, and people metrics. Partner cross-functionally to improve the employee experience.
      • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Board members, and vendors where applicable.
      • Collaboration: Build Strong Relationships with the ELT and other key leaders

      What it takes:

      • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred) or equivalent experience.
      • 8-10 years of relevant experience with 3+ years as a Chief of Staff, Transformation Leader, or PMO leader.
      • Proven track record in an operational role translating executive priorities into actionable plans.
      • Experience in business operations, planning, and transformation.
      • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with a rigorous approach to solving complex issues.
      • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to simplify complex issues for various audiences.
      • Project Management: Superior project management skills with a focus on interdepartmental coordination and delivering outcomes.
      • Emotional Intelligence: High emotional intelligence to understand and navigate complex team dynamics and stakeholder relationships.
      • Executive Presence: Confident and effective in engaging with senior leaders and stakeholders.
      • Strategic Agility: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to business challenges.
      • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
      • Versatility: Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

      • Experience in digital manufacturing, technology, life sciences, or a high-growth tech environment.

      Who you'll partner with:

      • Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the executive team.
      • Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments including Global Fulfillment, Strategic Growth, Pricing, Products, Demand, Global Technical Services, Finance, HR, and Marketing.
      • Engage with the Board of Directors and other key external stakeholders as requested by CEO.

      Physical Demands:

      While performing the essential duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use a computer keyboard, monitor and mouse, telephone and printer; reach with hands, and arms, talk, see and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop or kneel and must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

      Work Environment:

      Indoors (A/C); nonsmoking; the majority of this job function is performed in an office setting requiring normal safety precautions. However, there may be job duties that require the employee to spend time in the manufacturing areas exposed to machinery and noise; eye protection occasionally required. Occasionally works in outside weather conditions. Occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in high, precarious places and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
