- Reporting directly to our international CFO, this position serves as an exclusive forum for individuals aspiring to excel in a position to lead divisions. It offers a unique opportunity to gain firsthand insights into the main projects and strategic decisions of the IU Group in UK and Canada, fostering accelerated professional growth and paving the way for future leadership responsibilities.
- You will sit directly at the interface with our investors and actively shape the strategic discussions with them.
- You will work closely with our C-level and senior management on a variety of exciting projects and tasks that you plan, coordinate, and implement independently (e.g. M&A, financing, pricing, investor relations).
- Depending on the needs, you will also support M&A projects and integration processes, as well as help us organize and manage goals and key results (Objectives and Key Results, OKRs).
- Preparing board meetings and investor meetings will also be part of your responsibilities.
- You are an ambitious individual with a high degree of initiative, strong business acumen, growth mindset, and well-developed analytical skills.
- Strong interest in finance, banking, capital markets, and financial analysis.
- Proactive and hands-on approach to challenges, as well as a team player with an independent and structured way of working.
- Ideally, an outstanding degree from a top university, and preferably, some first-hand professional experience in a fast-paced and demanding environment (e.g. management consulting, private equity, rapidly growing startups, investment banking, venture capital, or similar).
- You are communicative and enjoy collaborating with others to achieve greatness.
