Work closely with the Head of Consumer Data, Analytics and AI to develop and execute strategic plans, initiatives, and operational objectives.
Monitor progress against goals and milestones, identifying opportunities for improvement and course correction as needed.
Work with the other leaders of the team to oversee the day-to-day operations ensuring efficient resource allocation, budget management, and adherence to timelines.
Act as a liaison between the Consumer Data, Analytics and AI and other departments across the organization to facilitate cross-functional collaboration, communication and to represent the teams.
Lead or contribute to special project, such as process enhancement, data governance, AI initiatives, etc.
Facilitate regular meetings, workshops, and forums to promote information sharing and alignment across teams.
Provide leadership and guidance to departmental staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
Support talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, onboarding, and professional development initiatives.
Encourage a positive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years of management experience
1+ years of chief of staff experience
Previous experience working with c-suite executives
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in a leadership or management role, within a data, analytics or AI-driven organization.
Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities, with a track record of driving results and achieving business objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and initiatives, from conception to implementation.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to change and ambiguity.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
