      Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Chief of Staff to join our team! This position serves as a critical bridge between executive leadership, senior leadership, regional operations, and internal departments—providing strategic direction, operational oversight, and cross-functional alignment. This position ensures that organizational goals are translated into action through collaborative planning, stakeholder engagement, and the seamless execution of initiatives.

      On a typical day, you might:

      • Provide direct oversight of high-impact initiatives and complex projects that span departments or fall between functional lines.
      • Identify and address risks at the regional and county level by implementing initiative-taking measures and interventions.
      • Lead or support collaborative projects that require coordination between teams, such as workflow optimization, service innovation, or network expansion.
      • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions by partnering with internal teams to implement new initiatives.
      • Support the development and implementation of organizational strategic plans and performance indicators.

      Qualifications:

      Education/Experience:

      Bachelor’s degree and six (6) years of progressive experience in executive leadership, strategy, operations, or regional management. Must include at least one (1) year of supervisory experience.

      OR

      Master’s degree and three (3) years of progressive experience in executive leadership, strategy, operations, or regional management. Must include at least one (1) year of supervisory experience.

      Preferred Education:

      Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Health Administration, Public Administration, or related field


      License/Certification:

      Must have a valid driver’s license


      Location:

      Remote within North Carolina.
      Must reside in NC to be considered for remote status.

      Must be able to travel to a Trillium office location and within catchment as required.
