Brahma AI is building an integrated AI platform for enterprise-grade digital humans, voice localisation, and generative environments. As CPO, you will help shape a category-defining product suite at the frontier of generative AI and media technology.

This role is ideal for a product leader who can bridge world-class technical innovation with global market vision, build scalable platforms that meet enterprise-grade standards, and define the product DNA of a company positioned to lead in AI-driven content. You will own the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch to scale, ensuring every product shipped by Brahma AI is usable, trusted, and commercially valuable.

      Key Responsibilities

      Product Strategy and Roadmap Leadership

      • Develop monetizable product structures aligned with Brahma's AI platform capabilities.
      • Translate MVPs, scalable features, and launch milestones. Translate R&D breakthroughs into scalable, modular products with monetization pathways across SaaS, services, and licensing.
      • Define a coherent platform vision with short-term GTM milestones and long-term defensibility.

      Revenue and Market Alignment

      • Drive early customer adoption and iterate toward strong product-market fit across verticals including entertainment, advertising, and enterprise tools.
      • Translate R&D outputs into customer-facing offerings with clear value propositions.
      • Develop launch frameworks that ensure fidelity, usability, and ethical compliance.

      Leadership & Organizational Build

      • Build and lead a high-performance Product team including PMs, POs, and UI/UX specialists.
      • Instill a performance culture with measurable success criteria (OKRs, adoption, monetization, retention).
      • Foster close partnership with Engineering, Data, Commercial, and GTM leads.

      Cross-Functional and Executive Alignment

      • Act as a bridge between technical innovation and executive vision. Collaborate with the Chief Innovation Officer, CTO, and CCO to align roadmaps with strategic priorities.
      • Ensure product planning reflects ethical and legal standards including data provenance, consent, and digital identity protection.
      • Collaborate with Strategy, Commercial, and Customer teams to inform GTM and sales strategies. Work directly with Engineering and Data teams to ensure technical execution matches product objectives.

      Required Qualifications

      • 10+ years of experience leading Product Management and Strategy in high-growth Enterprise tech companies (AI, SaaS, MediaTech or Cloud preferred).
      • Proven ability to scale products from concept through launch and growth phases.
      • Deep commercial orientation with strong instincts for product-market fit and competitive positioning.
      • Experience working in emerging technology categories with ethical, IP, and data considerations.
      • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Background in AI-driven, synthetic media, or generative content technologies.
      • Familiarity with product licensing models (SaaS, enterprise sales, usage-based pricing).
      • Understanding of data provenance, consent management, and ethical AI practices.
      • Experience working in a startup or growth-stage company that has scaled to maturity.
      • Familiarity with localisation and global product considerations is a plus.
      • Background in working with creative industries or media clients.
