- Render correct concepts and meanings according to established interpretation protocol
- Speak clearly in both languages using proper pronunciation and enunciation
- Maintain a professional demeanor throughout interpreting sessions
- Understand protocol and terminology for various industries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fluency in Chin Matu and English with knowledge of associated cultural dynamics
- Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Access to a quiet space free from background noise or distraction
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Education or work experience in language-related fields such as teaching, language assessment, translation, or interpretation
- Ability to read and write the requested languages
- Experience with LLS technology enhancements
