      Req#: 36506

      Primary Responsibilities

      • Operate fiberglass chop gun and winder carriage.
      • Follow manufacturing schedules and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
      • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
      • Adhere to all company, safety (HSE), and quality policies and procedures.
      • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
      • Perform other duties as assigned.

      Job Duties

      • Work up to 12-hour shifts, including standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion.
      • Lift materials up to 50 lbs. and perform push/pull tasks throughout the shift.
      • Overtime and shift work may be required.
      • Minimal travel (less than 10%) expected.

      Education and Qualifications

      • High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred.
      • 3 years of verifiable work history preferred.
      • Must pass a drug screen and background check.
      • Commitment to safety and team-based work environment.
