      Position Title: Lunch Room Assistant
      Location: Christ the King Catholic School
      Job Type: Part-Time

      Overview:
      Christ the King Catholic School is seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized individual to join our team as a Lunch Room Assistant. This role is crucial in creating a safe and welcoming environment for students during lunch hours. The Lunch Room Assistant will help support overall lunchroom operations.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Supervise students in the lunchroom, ensuring safety, order, and proper behavior.
      • Assist with serving food and helping students with meal-related needs.
      • Maintain cleanliness of the lunchroom by assisting with work within the kitchen.
      • Manage the flow of students being served lunch.
      • Support students in following school rules, practicing manners, and maintaining respectful behavior.
      • Report any issues, accidents, or conces to the appropriate school staff.
      • Collaborate with teachers, administration, and other staff to provide a positive and efficient lunch experience.

      Qualifications:

      • High school diploma or equivalent.
      • Ability to manage groups of children in a calm and respectful manner.
      • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with both students and staff.
      • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation (preferred, but not required).
      • Positive attitude, punctuality, and reliability.
