The end-to-end service we offer means customers can rely on us to ensure they walk out with the right product for them – through live demonstrations, the offering of support and advice, and delivering and installing purchases.

      Our Christmas opportunities are Fixed Term and you will be required to work through the holiday period (September-November until Mid-January).

      Job Description

      As one of our Christmas Team Members, you will provide an unforgettable shopping experience to our customers assisting with their purchases and queries. We have two different role types available:

      • Customer Service Rep – Assisting customers at the checkout, managing refunds and assisting team members where needed
      • Sales Consultant – On the shop floor selling our products to customers.

      Qualifications

      As a Customer Service Rep, your responsibilities will include:

      • Work on the checkouts assisting customers with their purchases
      • Processing refunds and managing any queries
      • Running exciting promotions to engage customers
      • Assisting your fellow team members where needed

      As a Sales Consultant your responsibilities will include:

      • Selling our wide range of tech products
      • Building relationships with our customers
      • Keeping the store presentable

      You will be someone who brings:

      • A friendly, approachable nature
      • Display a positive, can-do attitude
      • Have the flexibility to work from September-November until Mid-January, including weekends.
      • Be reliable and able to work unsupervised
      • Have excellent communication skills
      • Be able to be on your feet for long periods of time
