What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support and respond to customer inquiries via various communication channels
- Understand customer analytical methods and provide technical solutions for assay development
- Utilize CRM, ERP, ticketing, and chat software to document interactions and support
- Meet or exceed territory and regional sales goals and associated KPIs
- Perform additional job-related duties as requested by customers and/or management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Life Science such as Chemistry, Biology, or a similar discipline
- Some exposure to chromatography through academic or professional experience
- At least one year of customer service or sales experience, preferably in Life Sciences or Biotech
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for supporting clients in a team environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office and database management

- Familiarity with sample preparation in chromatography
- High energy and articulate communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
