What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in strategizing and executing sales growth plans for targeted providers
- Develop and maintain practice-level relationships with key accounts to improve referral flow
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to identify and overcome referral flow obstacles
- Conduct customer-facing business reviews and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Serve as a point of contact for referral providers and ensure timely referral pull-through

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma and 2 years of customer service/account management experience or equivalent
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to identify operational issues and recommend process improvements
- Organizational and planning skills with the ability to make presentations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- RN, LPN, RD, or Pharm Tech licensure and/or experience
- Previous infusion medical billing/collections or intake/admissions experience
- Specialty pharmacy/infusion experience
