Our two-and-a-half-year program is designed to include hands-on business assignments in one of a variety of insurance disciplines, beginning with a six-month rotation in Claims. This opportunity to experience cross-disciplinary learning is intended to accelerate your ability to contribute to the organization. Your learning experience will include interactive classroom instruction, team assignments and direct interaction with other early career professionals as well as experienced professionals and engaged leaders.
