- Bachelor’s degree required (many majors will be considered)
- Strong GPA preferred (3.0 required)
- Prior work experience (including summer or part time roles) or
- internships preferred
- Leadership experience through work or involvement in community
- service, athletics, clubs, or other activities preferred
- Technically adept/digitally savvy
- If you do not already have one, you will be required to obtain an applicable resident or designated home state adjusters license and possibly additional state licensure.
