What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, develop, and execute all new CP trainings, presentations, projects, and initiatives
- Coordinate Mission requests regarding church partnerships
- Maintain CP database in Studio Enterprise
- Represent the Mission to churches, staff, and donors
- Identify potential churches and key individuals for CP

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required, Masters in Theology or related fields strongly preferred
- Minimum five years of experience in events, training development, and working with churches
- Three years of experience in a ministry of compassion environment desired
- Proven ability to maintain relationships and successfully lead projects
- Ability to volunteer regularly with Outreach team, kitchen staff, and other Mission departments

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in events, training development, and working with churches
