What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Transform the culture at Supply & Service locations by introducing lean concepts to improve safety, cost, and quality
- Teach, train, and coach employees on process management and problem-solving techniques
- Develop current employees to work independently in lean roles under your guidance
- Provide leadership and facilitation for cross-functional process improvement
- Build relationships with stakeholders to support and lead process improvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and/or experience leading teams through change with Lean practices
- Proficiency in data-driven problem-solving and basic statistics
- Ability to facilitate and influence in a virtual environment
- Willingness to travel up to 60% (primarily domestic, some international)
- Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
