- Work with various line of businesses within CIB to understand their access requirement as per the jobs they perform.
- Design and implement access roles for business users across all our key business segments in partnership with key business, technology and controls partners
- Develop detailed understanding of the business areas in order to design access aligned with their operating models
- Analyze data as a driver for the decision making, design, and implementation of controls; drive results based on facts or analysis
- Partner with controls, operations, technology and third party stakeholders to define the access standard requirements for JPM user access to enterprise information assets
- Lead project engagements with our businesses to deliver access controls that meet the requirements of the business area. Maintaining live data to ensure the roles are valid and identify opportunities to enhance metadata associated with the entitlements including better business descriptions.
- Improve current processes by identifying trends, ineffective procedures and perform root cause analysis to enhance efficiency of the operational aspects of the program. Strengthen controls by identifying gaps. Communicative effectively with senior stakeholders and other control functions to share knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, be a self-starter, prioritize and manage a demanding workload
- Working knowledge of SharePoint , Confluence and JIRA is preferred.
- Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Information Security, or Cybersecurity is preferred
- Experience with Roles or Attribute based Access Controls (RBAC/ABAC) is preferred
- VBA Macro, Alteryx , Python skills will be an added advantage but not essential.
- Analytical mindset with experience in handling larger data sets
- Strong, proactive task-based approach with focus on delivery and proven track record of delivering results. Ability to lead projects and experienced in presenting a proposal or solution
- Ability to work independently whilst also operating effectively in a team based environment. Excellent time management and communication skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English - an ability to articulate clearly, logically and succinctly
- Strong sense of client service and responsiveness coupled with judgment to show urgency when immediate follow up/ escalation is required. Individual will work predominantly in UK shift, flexibility with shifts is desirable

We are a team that designs profiles in a logical manner so targeted groups of employees receive automated access using a tool designed and maintained by the Identify Access Management Global team. As the Role Based Access Control (RBAC) team we design these automated proposals for the different lines of business across the Corporate & Investment Bank area, based on each business’ needs in accordance with regulatory requirements.
