- Reference Data Product specialist responsible for defining and executing the strategic roadmap for improved data management.
- Define Securities Services Reference Data product vision for Party, Account, Relationship, Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI), Standing Instruction (SI) and Client Preference domains of Reference Data
- Collaborating closely with Technology, Operations, Product Management and Product Development teams to develop solutions that deliver improved Reference Data experiences for both clients and internal teams
- Define Securities Services Reference Data product vision and strategic roadmap
- Define strategy for Party, Account ,Standard Settlement Instruction ,Standing Instruction and Client Preference Reference Data
- Lead and implement Reference Data POTL initiatives and governance structure
- Partner with tech management, data architects, UX expert to ensure solution is optimal & scalable and in line with strategic vision. Proactively engage and communicate business requirements/priorities and project status to senior stakeholders.
- 12+ years of experience in Reference Data software product development
- Proficiency with product/project management tools (e.g.: Jira ,confluence) and MS Office (e.g.: PowerPoint ,Visio ,Excel )
- Subject matter expertise in Party, Account, Relationship, Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI), Standing Instruction (SI) and Client Preference domains of Reference Data
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines, and quickly adjust to changing priorities
- Prior experience in software delivery role, with experience in the banking/financial services industry
- Prior experience in an agile focused development organization with experience in managing change in iterative manner
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

Posting Description:
The Securities Services Product Development Team is responsible for defining the product roadmap and managing execution and delivery of the integrated operating model, a solution to connect more directly with Securities Services clients and vendor applications. As a Securities Services Product Development VP, you will lead the Reference Data transformation initiatives. You will be involved in multiple Reference Data strategic programs, working across the whole project lifecycle, researching new projects, client requested changes, configurations and system modifications. Through strong partnership with Technology, Operations and Product counterparts, you will work on creating innovative solutions.
