      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist criminal justice users with access issues to the Utah Criminal Justice Information System (UCJIS)
      - Monitor and forward critical broadcast messages related to public safety
      - Manage user account activities including activation, deletion, and modification
      - Perform quality control on National Crime Information Center (NCIC) entries and liaise with law enforcement agencies
      - Provide after-hours support for building issues related to security and facilities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have a career break of one year or more at the time of application, or demonstrate underemployment
      - In-depth knowledge of criminal justice systems, including NCIC and related databases
      - Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
      - High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
      - Experience in a help desk environment or similar role

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with the Utah Criminal Justice Information System (UCJIS)
      - Prior experience in a customer service role
      - Familiarity with troubleshooting software and systems related to criminal justice
