Ensures Critical Inventory Logistics inventory control processes and initiatives are accurately followed and reported. Performs root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues causing inventory record inaccuracies. Position requires a high degree of both internal and external customer interfacing. Performs perpetual safety checks of company equipment and provide findings report to department manager. Compile, generate, analyze, and distribute accurate inventory control reports to internal and external customers for review and validation. Responsible for making recommendations to management to improve inventory control processes, policies, procedures, best practices and assists with appropriate corrective action plan. Works closely with Inventory Leads and Inventory Management to continually provide timely updates regarding inventory status. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Education High school diploma or GED required. Associates Degree or higher preferred Minimum Experience One (1) year verifiable experience in general warehouse management, inventory management procedures, processes, best practices, report generation and conflict resolution. Experience in Warehouse Management System (WMS) highly preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong basic proficiency in mathematics, use of personal computers and Microsoft Office 365 Applications skills required. Must have excellent verbal and communication skills. Proficiency in spreadsheet, database administration and word processing required. Must have strong organizational and planning skills. Knowledge of inventory control processes required. Ability to work various shifts, holidays and weekends as required. May require moderate walking, standing and prolonged sitting. Ability to collaborate with Inventory managers and leads to provide timely inventory status updates, provide excellent customer service, and serve as a dependable team player.
