Crew members are to strive to deliver a quality guest experience on behalf of Cinnabon, by prepping, making and serving their products in appropriate fashion while working together with other staff on other tasks.

SHIFT LEADER

The Shift Leader’s responsibility is to direct the operation of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and workplace safety within the Cinnabon.

ASSISTANT MANGER

In cooperation with or in the event of the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for the overall supervision and operation of assigned Cinnabon store, with the goal of achieving the maximum profitability available from store operations.
