- Assemble and test products accurately per defined standard operating procedures (SOPs) with a high focus on safety and quality.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contribute to a team effort by completing assigned tasks in the time required.
- Track work orders from start to finish with accuracy.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time.
- Excellent manual dexterity.
- Ability to commit to a flexible schedule and prompt arrival for shifts.
- Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, standard operating procedures, company policies, and instruction manuals.
- Communicate effectively with employees on the manufacturing floor.
- Work safely around equipment and coworkers.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment that is fast-paced and demanding.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment assembling electro-mechanical products preferred.
- Ability to lift and maneuver various components throughout the course of a shift.
- No soldering required.
- Attention to detail.
- Electrical assembly is a plus.
- Fabricating sheet metal.
- Plastic parts assembly.
- Running some wiring.
- Following written instructions.
- Factory assembly experience is a plus.

We are looking for a highly motivated Circuit Board Assembler who will be responsible for assembling and testing products accurately according to defined standard operating procedures (SOPs) with a strong focus on safety and quality. Work Environment
You will work in a clean, organized, quiet, and climate-controlled environment. The role involves working with small parts, following written instructions with pictures to assemble approximately 80 pieces, and occasionally moving 30lb boxes. The position is on the first shift, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntersville, North Carolina.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr.
