      Job Title: Project Management Analyst, AS
      Location: Pune, India

      Role Description

      In taking this role, you would be part of the high profile, strategic Cirrus initiative, which is responsible for accelerating the adoption of public cloud services by establishing a strategic cloud transformation and innovation partnership with Google. Public cloud adoption is expected to enable DB to capture the stability, cost, flexibility, talent retention, innovation and functionality advantages public cloud presents. Your role would be as part of the Application Onboarding Support Function responsible for oversight, coordination, improvement and automation of the process as an enabler to the Cirrus Programme deliverables.

      Your Key Responsibilities:

      • You will provide support in tracking and monitoring of Application Onboarding to GCP, including manual gathering of information and coordination across multiple stakeholders
      • You will proactively develop and deliver analysis, management information and reporting to provide visibility to GCP Application Onboarding status and highlight blockers
      • You will gain end to end knowledge on the GCP Application Onboarding Process and proactively identify areas for improvement
      • You will play an active role in working groups with Application Teams, Control Owners and other stakeholders to monitor their progress and support on queries and challenges
      • You will engage with Workstream Delivery Leads and other key stakeholders to establish and manage key project management activities such as milestone, risk, issue and dependency tracking across multiple domains and support on mitigation of risks and issues.
      • You will ensure the training and guidance documentation on GCP Application Onboarding and controls is centrally accessible and communicated to all stakeholders
      • You will provide adhoc support on projects as required, including requirements definition, testing and communication

      Your Skills & Experience:

      • Demonstrable experience in project management including milestone, risk, issue and dependency tracking across multiple domains
      • Proven ability to effectively assess and mitigate programme risks and dependencies.
      • Experience in effectively communicating with and positively influencing diverse stakeholders and team members
      • Experience of process mapping/re-engineering preferred
      • Relevant experience in the Financial Services industry
