  Detailed Job Description :

  Minimum 4+ years of Experience in managing Proof Point Email Security Solutions/ Cisco Ironport / Cisco ESA.

  Skills: Email Security, Cisco, Spam, Malware, Smtp, Fireeye

  · SMTP/Ironport:

  · • Minimum 4+ years of Experience in managing Cisco Ironport / Cisco ESA

  · Strong Support and Maintenance of Experience in managing and administration on Symantec Message Gateway

  · Strong knowledge Cisco IronPort email security (on premise and on Cisco Cloud) Management Implementation, Administration, Maintenance & troubleshooting •

  · Expert understanding of SPAM techniques and email hygiene ·

  · Expert in monitoring and configuring policies and settings ·

  · Strong understanding of email delivery architecture, email gateway and DNS technologies ·

  · Experience working with email threat prevention platforms in complex email delivery systems

  · Experience with sandbox technologies and platforms ·

  · In depth knowledge of email messaging systems, system administration in email gateways either Microsoft Exchange 2016 and Microsoft O365

  · Experience with Email Threat Prevention Services such as Ironport, Message Labs, etc.

  · Have Knowledge in Preventing unwanted email with Adaptive Reputation,

  · Prevent Spam with Anti-Spam Policies, Prevent Malware with Anti-Malware Policies, Symantec Messaging Gateway Control, Address Masquerading

  · Internet Mail Security, SPAM, Malware, Spoofing etc.

  · Expertise in handling all SMTP related tasks

  · Good understanding of various access methods including POP, IMAP, OWA, MAPI, Outlook Anywhere, Sendmail and SMTP Mail flow

  · Exposure in Advance Malware Protection, Threat Grid, IMSS, Symantec cloud GW, ATP etc

  · Certification in Cisco Email Security Security or equivalent (Fireeye, Trend, Proofpoint etc) preferred

  · Sound knowledge of Secure email Solutions ( CISCO , MessageLabs )

  · 24x7 support,

  · good communication skill,

  · should be able to work independently and represent team in the calls

  · Being present and available to clients requiring technical assistance.

  · Ability to handle constantly changing flow of traffic; remain productive during slow times, be able to multitask effectively during busy times, exercise patience and professionalism during stressful situations.

  · Ability to converse with senior stakeholders.
