The Commercial Banking organization is seeking a seasoned treasury expert to serve as a Client Executive (CE), managing a portfolio of global clients with a focus on ensuring Citi delivers a superior client experience.

This role is accountable for protecting and defending key client relationships, ensuring revenue retention, and identifying cross-sell opportunities. The CE ideally would be fluent in Citi’s comprehensive suite of Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) offerings, including Liquidity Management, Digital Channels and Data, Payments & Receivables. They will champion an exceptional experience across each client’s organization, ensuring solutions meet client needs and expectations consistently.

The CE serves as the ultimate client advocate - coordinating across cross-functional teams (e.g., Onboarding, Service, Product Management, Sales, others) to uplift the client experience, which includes a focus to resolve issues, accelerate performance, and create measurable improvements in the client journey. They will monitor service delivery performance daily and escalate any issues, ensuring transparency and resolution, while collaborating with multiple team members in treasury, coverage, service, and onboarding.

This role also requires close collaboration with control functions (e.g., Legal, Risk, Compliance, AMC/KYC), ensuring strong governance, adherence to Citi’s policies, and alignment with internal controls. Frequent client engagements - via touchpoints and in-person meetings - are essential to monitor satisfaction, proactively address concerns, and manage client sentiment, leveraging Citi's Client at Risk (CAR) framework where necessary.

      Key Responsibilities :

      • Serve as the Voice of the Client within Citi, driving improvements in client satisfaction
      • Align with global and regional teams to ensure seamless delivery of Citi’s end-to-end client experience
      • Conduct strategic client reviews and design action plans to ensure relationship growth, retention, and optimal onboarding
      • Support and manage client escalations
      • Partnership forums – providing constructive feedback to groups
      • Provide guidance/direction to partners across the CCB and TTS
      • Remove obstacles/gaps that create negative client experience
      • Assist with development of tools that support the Client Success organization

      Qualifications :

      • University degree required
      • MBA Preferred
      • Proven track record of successful client focused activity
      • Advanced problem solving skills
      • Excellent interpersonal skills
      • Committed, trusted team player
      • High energy and initiative
      • Effective time management and organizational skills
