Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure, Windows administration, and VDI - Citrix Cloud. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The work model is hybrid, and the shift is day. No travel is required.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery and alignment with company goals.

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Azure and Windows administration systems.

• Provide technical expertise in VDI - Citrix Cloud to optimize performance and user experience.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.

• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.

• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success.

• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

• Provide training and support to team members on new technologies and processes.

• Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Contribute to the company's overall strategy and goals by delivering high-quality projects.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in Azure and Windows administration.

• Strong expertise in VDI - Citrix Cloud.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

• Ability to work in a day shift.

• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
