Job Description :
• Citrix Administration: Manage and support latest Citrix environments, including XenApp, Citrix VDI.
• NetScaler Management: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Citrix NetScaler appliances, including load balancing, SSL offloading, and application firewall.
• Layer 2 Mode: Enable and manage Layer 2 (L2) mode on NetScaler instances, ensuring compliance with network policies and avoiding bridging loops
• Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to optimize Citrix and NetScaler environments.
• Incident Management: Respond to and resolve incidents related to Citrix and NetScaler, ensuring minimal downtime and impact on users.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures for Citrix and NetScaler environments.
• Collaboration: Work closely with network, security, and application teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of Citrix and NetScaler solutions.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Citrix administration and NetScaler management.
• Certifications: Citrix Certified Associate (CCA) or higher preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, Citrix VDI, and NetScaler configuration and troubleshooting.
• Networking Knowledge: Strong understanding of networking concepts, including VLANs, routing, and Layer 2/Layer 3 protocols.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
