The Brooklyn Park Police Department is seeking a passionate, motivated, and team-oriented Youth and Family Intervention Specialist to support at-risk youth and their families. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in education, youth development, or a related field, and 3–5 years of experience in youth programming, including supervisory responsibilities. Key skills include experience working with diverse communities, program development, crisis response, and partnership building.
