- Deliver professional civil engineering services across all phases of municipal projects—from design and documentation to construction oversight.
- Prepare plans, specifications, reports, budgets, permits, and schedules.
- Participate in design and construction meetings with clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Conduct site visits and provide construction observation to ensure adherence to design standards.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide timely updates on project progress.
- Stay current with industry trends and contribute innovative ideas to the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- EIT certification (or in the process of obtaining).
- 0–5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably with a municipal focus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-starter with a humble, team-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in a smaller, non-corporate environment.
- Proficiency in engineering software and Microsoft Office tools.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
