- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- up to 3 years of experience in land development, site engineering, sediment and erosion control, etc.
- Water resources experience preferred, but not required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD required; Civil 3D a plus

Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is currently seeking a Civil Engineer for the Land group located in our Georgetown, Delaware Office.
The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years of experience in residential and commercial land development design. Experience in Stormwater Management (SWM), Storm Drain, Grading, Erosion & Sediment Control (ESC) Design is a definite plus. Proficiency and experience in recent versions of AutoCAD are required, Civil 3D preferred.
