- Lead and manage civil engineering design projects from concept through construction.
- Prepare and review site plans, grading, drainage, stormwater, sewer, and septic system designs.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D for design and drafting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Active PE license required.
- 5+ years of experience in land development engineering.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Strong knowledge of stormwater, wastewater, and site infrastructure design.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
