  We are seeking a Civil Engineer with 0-3 years of experience in the field of Civil Engineering. Preferred candidates will have experience in land development and must possess proficiency in Civil 3D. The role involves engineering tasks such as contour grading, storm sewer, and sanitary sewer projects for both private and municipal clients.   Responsibilities

  • Perform engineering tasks related to contour grading, storm sewer, and sanitary sewer projects.
  • Utilize Civil 3D for all engineering designs and plans.
  • Collaborate with private and municipal clients to develop effective engineering solutions.
  • Engage in site development projects and private land development tasks.

  Essential Skills

  • 0-3 years of experience in Civil Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D.
  • Experience in land development.
  • Understanding of stormwater management and site development.

  Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in private or site development is preferred.
  • Open to candidates with transportation experience if suitably qualified.

  Work Environment

  The position is based in Sheboygan within a growing office that emphasizes identifying candidates' strengths before team placement. The work environment is business casual and highly team-oriented, with a small, close-knit team of 3-4 people and a strong leader already established in the office.

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $38.46/hr.
