      (Licensed P.E. Required - Civil 3D Experience Preferred)

      We are a well-established, design-driven civil engineering firm urgently seeking a Civil Engineer / Project Manager(P.E) with a strong background in site development and land planning.       What We Are Looking For:

      • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E. Required) in Tennessee or transferable license
      • Registered LEED AP is a plus (Not Required)
      • 4+ years of experience in commercial site design and/or land development
      • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
      • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, permitting, and agency coordination
      • Confident communicator who can interface with clients, agencies, and internal teams
      • Motivated team player looking to build a long-term career with leadership potential
