- Design and develop site plans, including drainage, septic systems, and stormwater management.
- Lead site grading efforts and prepare applications for municipal approvals.
- Create road layouts and storm sewer designs that adhere to industry best practices.
- Support river backwater modeling and floodplain site design to ensure safety and sustainability.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and other industry-standard software.
- Experience: 0+ years — internships, academic projects, or entry-level experience are highly valued!
- Certifications: EIT preferred; P.E. License a bonus!
- Personal Traits: Passionate about engineering, excellent communicator, team player, and eager to learn.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
