  What You'll Do:

  • Design site plans, including drainage systems, septic solutions, and stormwater management.
  • Lead site grading efforts and prepare municipal permit applications.
  • Develop road layouts and storm sewer designs in line with industry standards.
  • Assist with river backwater modeling and floodplain site planning to ensure safety and resilience.

  Who You Are:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and other industry-standard software.
  • Experience: Open to entry-level candidates — internships, academic projects, or early career experience welcome!
  • Certifications: EIT preferred; P.E. License a plus!
  • Personal Traits: Passionate about engineering, strong communicator, team-oriented, and eager to learn.

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/hr.

  Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
  classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
  subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
